My mission is to help you find peace and love within your body and mind through nourishing movement and mindset guidance – and connection to spirit if you are open to it.
My whole life has led me to this moment – being able to serve others and help them find the light in themselves and their world. I feel as though I have found my Dharma – my life’s purpose – and it is a beautiful feeling being guided and watching it unfold step by step.
The journey through healing and unlearning, to wholeness and ultimate wellness, is a lifelong commitment that continues to evolve - and it doesn’t have to be a struggle. The process starts with acceptance of where you are at now – letting go of limiting beliefs, judgement, blame, fear, control – becoming present and full of gratitude and love, and then the magic happens. This relates to your physical body as well as your mind.
Through Yoga, Pilates, Mobility and Fitness Training you can increase your quality of life and longevity by improving your functional movement, body awareness, postural strength and alignment, balance, stability, coordination, range of motion, flexibility, endurance and overall health and wellbeing. No matter what restrictions you have within your body right now, no matter what your age is and ability level – all of this is accessible.
However, as much as your body is important – as it is our vessel to enjoy this lifetime – healing your mind is the key. If you are miserable within your mind, it doesn’t matter how good you feel within your physical body. Life isn’t meant to be all sunshine and rainbows, and I am not promising you that – but with the right mindset, suffering doesn’t have to be your normal state.
