Does the thought of exercise make you groan?
You know you should be doing it but it’s just too much effort?
I used to feel the same way...

I’ve learnt that I can love an active lifestyle, and now I don’t want to live without it. I’ve found a way for it to be enjoyable and not a chore, and I can show you how. It doesn’t have to be a struggle where you are exhausted afterwards, and you can’t walk the next day. It doesn’t have to be the same monotonous routine where you never end up seeing or feeling any results. You don’t have to spend 2 hours at the gym every day destroying yourself and living off bland salads to be healthy.

It is detrimental to your health to over-stress the body with too much high intensity exercise. Don’t get me wrong, working up a good sweat and challenging the body is still necessary, but not for the duration you think. The body needs time to heal and recharge for positive changes and adaptation to happen - like a car, you can’t be in 5th gear all the time, you need time in each gear, and you need to refuel and change the oil every so often. Your body needs constant change and variation to avoid hitting plateaus. And most importantly, it’s meant to be fun, otherwise it’s not sustainable - who would have thought?!

I offer a combination of Personal Training & Yoga - one on one, group or corporate sessions – either outdoors, at my home studio, or I can come to you so that you are in the comfort of your own home! If you have a group of friends or work colleagues that want to train together, if you prefer either yoga or PT only, or if you are home with children and don’t have a babysitter, it’s no problem.


I can use heart rate monitoring in my private PT sessions to ensure that the body isn’t placed under unnecessary stress while still allowing adaptations to occur according to your goals. This will help you have a deeper awareness of your health and what your body needs than the typical “no pain, no gain” mentality.
My Fitness, Yoga, SMR and Mobility knowledge will be incorporated into my personalised programs which goes the extra mile for complete wellness instead of the usual superficial “get a great booty in 4 weeks” type of program. (Not that there’s anything wrong with getting a great booty – it’s certainly a bonus on top of being fit and healthy!)

I genuinely care about helping people with the full spectrum of their health & wellbeing (mind, body, soul) and I do not see each client as just another number. If you care about making a long term change to increase your health, wellbeing and quality of life and are not just after superficial goals and short term fixes – then I am the trainer for you.
